Clean design is the guiding principle which governs our work in food, beverage, and additive process plants. M.E. Engineering has specific experience with CIP system design and construction, brewing and beer production at all scales, flavours and syrups for beverages and cereals, kitchen design for both continuous cooking and batch cooking. We also specialise in difficult to handle products such as tomato paste and orange pulp.

Soft Drinks

We have worked in a range of soft drink mediums from carbonated beverages all the way through to fruit juices. M.E. Engineering have designed and built syrup rooms around the country and worked with some of Australia’s most trusted and well known companies. We can work to meet your requirements whatever they may be.

Food

M.E. Engineering has had exposure to a vast array of projects within the food production industry. Our team has been involved in storage upgrades ranging from additional oil tanks and silos all the way to full powder and ingredient storage and supply systems.

We also have experience in the pumping and handling of chocolate and the installation of process equipment such as a snackfood flavour and seasoning tumble drum.

Wine

M.E. Engineering has worked with some of the biggest wineries in Australia enabling them to grow and advance the production capabilities through optimisation and automation. We have been involved in extensive relocation works, the production of sparkling wine and the design and installation of all utilities and services.
